Today is “make -up ” day at my studio.
It is different every week.

Honoring my own practice today as well.

I have been involved in Alice’s class since Fall 2013. It is life changing! Recently I am tucking in my shirt, wearing a belt AND bounding up the stair steps in my home. Thanks to you Alice & good for me! Whoo Hoo!
